Full Body Single Dumbbell Workout

Three moves and a single dumbbell is all you need for this fun and challenging workout! Don’t let that fool you though, you will be sweating bullets during and after this routine. Each move is a compound exercise and will work your entire body. Remember, Instagram saw this workout first… so if you aren’t following me yet – you should ?

[ THE MOVES ]
1️⃣ Sinlge Arm DB Thruster
2️⃣ Single Leg RDL
3️⃣ Squat Thrust + Single Arm Snatch

Perform each move for the prescribed reps… completing all three moves equals one round. Try to do 4-5 rounds. Have fun and get after it!
