1️⃣ 12 Thrusters

2️⃣ 12 Bent Over Rows

3️⃣ 12 Dumbbell Alternating Lunges (each leg)

All three moves equal 1 round. Complete 4- to 5-rounds. If you want to really challenge yourself, see how fast you can get it done (while maintaining proper form)! Have fun and get after it!
