If you’re a fan of bodyweight workoutss, you’re going to love this challenging routine! I guess you’ll need *one* piece of equipment though… a pull-up bar. Don’t fret if you don’t have one though! You can just do traditional burpees instead of Pull-up burpees! So either way you’re covered and guaranteed to get that burn in ???
Full Body Bodyweight Circuit
1️⃣ 10 Burpee Pull-Ups
2️⃣ 20 Air Squats
3️⃣ 30 Scissor Crunches
All three exercises equal 1 round. Your goal is finish 4- to 5-rounds!
