This Full Body Strength Workout Only Takes 15 Minutes

This strength workout only has 3 exercises, but will absolutely rock your legs, glutes, arms, core, and everything in between. All you need is a set of dumbbells and 15 minutes.

This routine is jam-packed with total-body compound exercises that will torch fat and ensure the highest possible calorie burn. To really boost your metabolism and spike your heart rate, follow the prescribed sets x reps below. Your goal is to go as hard as you can. If you want a longer sweat session, repeat this 1 to 2 more times for a 30- or 45-minute workout.
