I figured since I’m the host of Livestrog.com’s 30-Day Burpee Challenge, this would be a very appropriate workout 😉

This workout features 6 awesome variations of the exercise everyone loves to hate… BURPEES! You’ll do each one for 10 reps for a total of 60 Burpees! Are you up for the challenge?
