This workout is comprised of 4 total body, calorie blasting, fat burning moves…that you can do with a SINGLE dumbbell! Every move is a compound movement – hitting multiple muscle groups all at once – to deliver the most bang for your buck! Follow the prescribed reps x sets as follows. Perform the exercises in a circuit fashion…so try to take minimal rest between, in order to really stoke your metabolism and torch fat!
