got this wicked and brutal workout idea from Bobby Maximus ????

Grab your iPhone or a timer and hit start. Complete one burpee then one pull-up. The rest of that minute is your rest / recovery.

Every minute on the minute after that first round, you will ADD one burpee and one pull-up ????

The workout is over when you can no longer finish all burpees and pull-ups within that minutes time frame.

Absolutely insane right??! Good luck and get after it!
