This double kettlebell workout has two kettlebells for two times the fun. Four moves using two kettlebells is all you need to stoke your metabolism, build lean muscle, and fire up your fat burning potential.
[ THE MOVES ]
1️⃣ Front Squat
2️⃣ Double KB Swing
3️⃣ Double KB Snatch
4️⃣ Renegade Row
Perform each move for 30-seconds, then immediately take 30-seconds rest; then move on to the next exercise. Completing all four moves equals one round. Try to do 4-5 rounds. Have fun and get after it!
