Five moves and a set of dumbbells is all you need for this fun and challenging, full body, dumbbell circuit workout! Don’t let that fool you though, you will be sweating bullets during and after this routine. Each move is a compound exercise that will work multiple muscle groups all at once. 3️⃣ Goblet Squats
4️⃣ Push-Up + DB Drag
5️⃣ Weighted V-Ups
Perform each move for the prescribed 16 reps… completing all five moves equals one round. Try to do 2-4 rounds. Have fun and get after it!
