πŸ™ŒπŸΌ thankful πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

usually in these posts I talk a lot about lessons I’ve learned or how stressed I am πŸ˜… …but given the timing, I wanted to talk about gratitude.

You’ll always see the trainers in front of the camera, working their asses off… but you rarely get to see the crew behind the scenes busting their asses (featured in the IG post above).

The following photos (tap right in the IG post) show a group of guys who are young, creative, and hustle their friggin faces off πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

We usually show up at 6:30/7:00am on a shoot day and work through a full 12-hour day. They graciously help with setting up, breaking down, and a whole list of other tasks that go above and beyond their actual β€œjob”. On top of all that, I don’t give lunch breaks 🀨 β€” we literally work straight through an entire 12-hour day.

By the time you see the finished product, countless hours have been spent: either on set or in-post production, and these individuals have all done something to contribute. Whether it’s filming the actual workouts, helping edit, documenting behind-the-scenes, problem solving and giving advice… the list goes on and on.

As I’ve started working with more and more freelancers, I’ve realized how difficult it is to find *good people that do great work* and treat the project like it were their own. I’m thankful that these guys embody that πŸ™πŸΌ
