Personal training is all about you! 

It’s specific to your goals and tailored to fit your needs.  In addition to weight training and cardiovascular conditioning, I incorporate stretching, functional training, plyometric drills, and self-defense into your workouts.  New forms of exercises will continually be introduced and utilized to prevent your body from adapting and reaching any plateaus.  This combined with nutritional guidance and emphasis on proper form and technique will get you dramatic and long lasting results.
