I know first hand what it takes to make a lifestyle change.
Through much of my childhood, I was considered overweight. It wasn’t until I began participating in sports did I start to see and feel the changes in my body. I started with martial arts, soccer, and wrestling. From there I went on to play club level and junior level ice hockey, which gave me the opportunity to travel to different parts of the US and Canada. As a result of playing ice hockey I not only looked and felt better but also learned more about strength and conditioning training, and gained a greater understanding of how important complimenting exercise with proper nutrition truly is.
Through my own training experiences and continuing to further my education, I have taken my knowledge of strength training, conditioning, stretching, and nutrition to create well-balanced workout programs that get my clients to achieve optimal results.
